Condemn the arrest of Asaduddin Owaisi
Civil Liberties Monitoring Committee strongly condemn the arrest of Mr.Asaduddin Owaisi, president of MIM and Member of Parliament, by reopening an old case of protesting against the demolition of a Masjid in the name of road widening in the year 2005 at Muttangi village of Sanga Reddy, Medak district of A.P. Actually it is an old matter and forgotten case but when MIM withdrew the support from the Congress government by charging Kiran Kumar Reddy that he is the follower of RSS and following the footsteps of Narsimha Rao. Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi challenged the government that they will take it politically and in the coming elections they will defeat the congress party. Suddenly, everything changed for MIM and Congress government started taking revenge with MIM party by digging out old cases and registering new cases. All these cases are politically motivated and it is political revenge of Congress party actually Kiran Kumar Reddy congress Govt working on Politics of Revenge With these kinds of acts Kiran Kumar Reddy led Congress government want to suppress MIM directly and is threatening Muslim community indirectly.
At present Hyderabad is boiling with anger. The patience of Muslims is going out of control because they are facing humiliating behaviour by this government and there is a feeling that they are targeting their leaders wontedly. Largely it is believed that there are many cases registered against many leaders who are leading Telangana movement and the leaders of other political parties but the same government is ignoring the cases and those leaders are roaming freely and performing their political activities without any hurdles.
Civil Liberties also condemns the attitude of the lower courts who are entertaining each and every individual approaching courts to register the cases against political leaders and individuals . The precious time of Judiciary cannot be held up in these types of actions. The lower courts without going in depth in to the matter and without applying their minds are issuing orders to the police stations to register the cases. By taking the advantage of court orders the communal police officers are registering the cases under the serious charges which cannot be justified under any circumstances. This trend is very serious and it should stop immediately other wise no minority leader can speak.
In a democracy and parliamentary politics, it is very common that the differences will emerge and leaders and parties criticize each other. But these differences should not be turned into personal enmity and moreover to suppress the political parties and a particular community through their leaders.
Recently, the Congress party held a brainstorming session named CHINTAN BAITHAK, where along with discussing various points and many speeches delivered on secularism, democracy but the ground reality is that the congress party does not want to see a rival political party belonging to minority community. Instead of taking it politically, Congress is suppressing them in undemocratic manner. Actually it is a political fascism of congress party and it should be condemned from corner in one voice.
Civil Liberties Monitoring Committee strongly condemns the strange attitude of Congress party and the arrest of Akbaruddin Owaisi is nothing but a fascist act and the show of political hegemony of Congress party over a minority political party.
Civil Liberties Monitoring Committee demands the central government to intervene immediately into the serious situations of arrest and suppression. Also demand to remove the Governor and Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh with immediate effect. Because their anti-Muslim stand is now exposed. This committee demands to release Mr.Asaduddin Owaisi and Mr. Akbaruddin Owaisi immediately.

| Women are supposed to be very calm generally: but women feel just as men feel...they suffer from too rigid a restraint, too absolute a stagnation, precisely as men would suffer...It is thoughtless to condemn them, or laugh at them, if they seek to do more or learn more than custom has pronounced necessary for their sex.
